1. Bookings and Payments:
- Bookings for all classes can be made online or by contacting Louisa Clamp directly.
- A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your place in a class.
- Full payment is due 2 working days prior to the start of the class unless otherwise agreed.
- Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or cash.
2. Cancellation Policy:
- You may cancel or amend your booking up to 48 hours prior to the start of the class and receive a full refund (minus any non-refundable deposit).
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class start time will not be refunded.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Louisa Clamp reserves the right to cancel a class. In this case, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative class date.
3. Class Conduct:
- Students are expected to arrive on time for class and to participate respectfully.
- The use of mobile phones is discouraged during class time.
- Louisa Clamp reserves the right to refuse entry or ask a student to leave the class if their behavior disrupts the learning environment.
4. Liability:
- Louisa Clamp accepts no liability for any personal injury or loss of property incurred by students during the course of a class.
- Students are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings.
5. Intellectual Property:
- All artwork created during the class remains the property of the student.
- Louisa Clamp retains the right to use photographs of student artwork for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Data Protection:
- Louisa Clamp will collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy .
